- The production time for made-to-order products is estimated to take 1-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. You will receive updates as your product moves through the production process.

Refund Policy for Made-to-Order Items
- We understand delays can be frustrating. If your made-to-order product has not been shipped after 6 weeks from the order date, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at info@deliriumdreaming.online with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or arrives damaged. For other products, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
